SOURCING - based on the information gathered at the factfind meeting our adviser will source your mortgage based on on an unrestricted range of first charge mortgages.
PRESENTATION/APPLICATION - the adviser will present back his findings and recommend the most appropriate mortgage product based on the information given at the factfind. If you are happy to proceed based on the advice, the adviser can apply direct to the lender packaging up the mortgage and dealing directly with the lender on your behalf
POST APPLICATION SERVICE – Our adviser will regularly contact your recommended mortgage lender providing them with all required paper work and supporting documentation. We give regular updates on how the application is progressing and deal with any queries you have. With your permission we can also liaise with you solicitors and estate agents to help progress the sale.
